The Healing Power of Ginger

I've been trying to kick my am coffee habit by starting off with a cup
of ginger tea -- if I don't have the tea bag, it's just hot water and
grated fresh ginger. It smells great, is refreshing and definitely has
a kick to it. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can also
help with nausea and an upset stomach. Check out the NIH's fact sheet
