A Salty Treat

If you're hooked on the salty flavor of potato chips...here's an alternative healthy choice.  White Cheddar Rice Thins from Back to Nature.   They're more substantial than rice cakes, and contain less fat than chips and have no artificial flavors or preservatives.  They are baked and seasoned with real white cheddar cheese.  One serving is 130 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 2 grams of protein.
