A tough morning ahead of you? Try this protein-packed breakfast to
give you a boost and the energy you need until lunch.Whole Grain Toast
w/ Peanut ButterQuick and easy: toast 2 slices and spread the peanut
butter. Pepperidge Farm 9 Grain Bread has
4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per each slice. Two
Tablespoons of peanut butter have 7 grams of protein and 2 grams of
fiber. Add soy milk to your tea or coffee for even more protein.
